This parts adopt the balance pressure filling. It willl need second vacuum for anti-foaming. If having different can types, please make sure all the can diameters are the same.
This is the new design of the capping part. The capping part is the whole system and running more stable which our engineer apply the patent. The bushed inside the cam is adopted IGUS brand which can freely maintain.
The centrifugation cap sorting manner is highly
effective and reduce cap abrasion .
Equipped with cap absence inspection system
and can be synchronous controlled with cap
loader.
Equipped with reversed cap inspection
device, the reversed cap will be rejected
and sent back to cap sorter automatically
