1.Q: What kind of ink and printers is your inkjet heat transfer paper compatible with?
A: Our inkjet heat transfer paper is compatible with water based ink(dye and pigment ink), all kinds of normal inkjet printer s .
2.Q: How to set the heat press machine's temperature and time for your light and dark paper?
A: For the light transfer paper, we could set the heat press machine to 185℃/365℉ for 15 seconds .
For dark one, we could set the heat press machine to 165℃/3 29 ℉ for 25 seconds , medium pressure .
3.Q: Could your products be used with house iron and how can I use it?
A: Yes, our heat transfer paper is ok for house iron. It needs more pressure so you can press for about one minute, but do NOT use the steam function .
Light paper sets cotton or linen button, dark paper sets cotton button .
4.Q: Do your products need to be hot peeled ?
A: S ome types such as light transfer 150P needs to be peeled after transferring( hot peel ). Please confirm with the sales.
5.Q: Could your products be used with cutting plotter ?
A: 150E light transfer paper and 300R dark transfer paper could be used with cutting plotter, for patterns with many details and curves.
