These units consists of a flexible, spark resistant portable extraction arm that captures welding fumes and main filtration systems to purify to dust and smoke . The portable fume collector are highly efficient welding fume extractors with 3-stage filter system; very ideal for the fume and dust extraction in the welding process . The rotating and swiveling exhaust hood enables use in a 360-degree radius
Product Features :
1. We use premium grade PTFE filter cartridges
A: Highly efficient PTFE film which performs at least 3-5 times more than a traditional filter.
B: 99.0% filtration efficiency for the dust that is more than 0.3 micron.
C: Service life can reach 8000hrs, which is twice longer than the traditional filter.
2. We use specialized turbine and Siemens motor equipped with anti-overloaded circuit to prevent motor burnout , in high security and performance stability .
3. Equipped with special Korean-style universal castors with brakes, the movement and position of the equipment is more convenient.
4. Three-stage filter system protection measures are adopted for spark and large particle slag to avoid fire hazards from the source and improve the life of portable fume extractor.
5. The purified clean air is evenly guided and dispersed from the direction of the exhaust vent and minimize the the noise.
