INDUCTANCE DEVIATION IS WITHIN ±10.0% AFTER 1 HOUR SWEEPING VIBRATION IN EACH THREE DIRECTIONS. NAMELY, FREQUENCY IS10~55Hz ANDTHE AMPLITUDE OF 1MINUTE CYCLE IS 1.5mm .
