A vacuum filter forms negative pressure at the outlet of the filtrate as the driving force for filtration. This type of filter is further divided into two types: intermittent operation and continuous operation. Intermittent vacuum filters can filter suspensions of various concentrations, while continuous vacuum filters are suitable for filtering thick suspensions containing a large amount of solid particles.
Mainly suitable for vacuum filtration in production processes in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum, it has the advantages of light weight, easy installation and maintenance, and simple operation. Vacuum filters include vacuum negative pressure filters. There are two types of vacuum negative pressure filters.
