Construction Joint Polysulfide Adhesive Sealant
Liquid polysulfide rubber as the basic material, polysulfide sealant is a kind of two-component sealant which can vulcanize and crosslink automatically at room temperature. It can perfectly bond metal and concrete, can maintain good performance for air tightness and waterproof in continuous expansion, vibration and changing temperature, additionally, pretty good functions of oil resistance, solvent resistance, durability.

Scope of Application
Waterproof seal for metal, concrete wall joint, underground engineering (such as tunnel, culvert), reservoir, etc. Expansion seal for highway pavement, runway's expansion joint, building crack's repair and recovery seal.
Construction Technique
1. Carefully clean the bonding surface by steel brush or fur brush, make sure no dust, no attachments, and erase oil pollution by acetone, guarantee the bonding surface dry and clean.
2. Tamping plate joint by polystyrene material which is slightly wider than the joint, adjusting the depth of the plate joint nearly to 50% of the seam width.
3. According to the instructions formulating the two-component sealant, mixing uniformity, according to the actual amount formulating, so as not to waste.
4. Place the evenly mixed sealant into the cylinder, press into cracks by squeeze gun, then compact it with scraper to make even and neat.
