All of our motors are customized based on different requirements like torque, voltage, and shaft etc. Price also varies according to annual quantity. If you send us detailed requirements and annual quantity, you can get quick quotation.
3. Can you provide samples? Is it free?
Yes, we could offer the samples for free charge, you only have to pay the cost of freight.
4. How to confirm the requirement with us before mass production?
1) We can provide samples according to your drawing or technical requirement, mass production will only be started after your confimation.
2) Send us your samples, and we will make our own sample according to your requirement. After your confirmation of our sample, mass production will be started.
5. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We will check the product after each process, and 100% inspection will be carried out before the products sent to you.
6. What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
7. What's your minimum quantity of an order?
The minimum quantity is usually 5000.
8. How long is the producing and shipping?
The delivery time depends on the quantity you purchase. Normal purchase order delivery time is 25-35 days.
9. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
10. What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
11. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
Take photos of the problems and send to us，after comfirmation of the problems we will make a satisfied solution for you within three days.
