FAQ
1. What is the MOQ ?
For full container load, mixed with different items. MOQ for each item 12pcs
For less full container load, MOQ for each items should be 20pcs.
2. How about the quality ?
We have specialized in the field for 30 years, products' quality should be always in priority.
Wr have build up a perfect and strict quality control system. Each product should be fully inspected before packaging.
3. What is the delivery time?
The delivery time should be 35-50 days from the 30% deposit payment been received.
4.Where is your factory?
Our factory and showroom are in FoShan, It is about one hour driving from GuangZhou.
The detailed address is :No.9 Hegui Midway Hegui Industrial Zone, Lishui Town, FoShan City, Guangdong Province, China
If you need, we are happy to arrange to pick you up in your hotel of GuangZhou.
5. What is the payment term ?
By T/T, (30%) deposit paid in advance, (70%) balance must be done before shipment.
6.What is the guarantee?
We normally provide one year's warranty for the complete product.
7.What is the procedure when there is a complaint ?
If you are submiting a complaint, please explain us about the problems and send some relevent pictures for us to understand you better.
After receiving these from your side, we will check with our engineer to find out the reason for the problem, If it is the problem come from our production or defections of the spare parts.
We will find you a solution.Anyway, the problem should be solved by our side within one day.
8. Are there any discount ?
If yes, my great pleasure. But we never have discount for our products.
We are always aiming at most reasonable and competitive prices, never raise the prices ourselves. Sometimes we also will have some special offer, I will keep you informed.
9. Do you accept LCL or only FCL ?
Both are Ok, but we suggest FCL, it is more safe fot the goods when delivery, and also save from the sea freight.
We provide FOB term for FCL but only EXW term for LCL.
10. Can I change the structure or dimension of the model ?
Is it the design doesn't meet with your interest ? How would you like to modify ?
Please show us about your idea, and our engineer will check if it is possible and then inform you about the cost.
11. Same looking products, what's differences between you and others ?
Please check details as below: chair top part: the foam thickness, the finishing of the stitching, the thickness of the PVC leatherpump: The weight, height, the surface finish (plating)basement: The thickness of the material, the plating quality, the structure in the bottom, ours is very strong.
