Description:
Vital Black Pro RTV is specially designed for dealership warranty requirements that ensure extended drivetrain warranty compliance. It features fast-curing, sensor-safe, low odor, and non-corrosive formulation that meets performance specs of OE silicone gaskets. It forms reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets that resist cracking and shrinkage caused by thermal cycling. It is permanently flexible and stable between -80 °F to 600 °F (-62 °C to 315 °C) intermittent. It is also resistant against automotive fluids.

Rear valve covers, oil pans, timing covers, water pumps, thermostat housing, transmission pans etc.

Our products are developed and manufactured at four manufacturing plants located in Selangor, just outside the Malaysian capital city of Kuala Lumpur. These purpose-built facilities have a combined built-up area of 240,000 square feet, and are ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ISO 14001:2015 EMS certified. They are equipped with modern laboratory and highly automated production lines starting from mixing and compounding to filling and packaging.
