1) Can you make special cut as our sample ?
Yeah. We can make both customized designed products according to the drawing or samples of both gemstone and jewelry you supply.
2) What's the MOQ ?
The MOQ is normally 50 pcs or one bar for each size and color. It depends when in stock or custom made. Larger quantity, better price.
3) Can i get sample before order ?
we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Small amount samples in stock are free and you only need to pay for the freight fee.
4) Do you accept paypal ?
Yes ,available payment term have Paypal ,T/T, Moneygram ,Western union
5) How long you will take and send goods?
For inventory stone : in 2 working days
For customized stones : 5-15 days. (Depends on the quantity)
