Yes, we offer the service for doing the mock up with your own logo for confirm before order, just inform
us your logo and request for the design will be ok.

3. Can we choice different fabric and color for the cap I want?
Yes, we offer different fabric for choice, such as cotton, polyester, satin, nylon, canvas, suede, corduroy and so on, over 120+ colors are available

4. How is your sample time and mass production time?
Normally we ask 7-11 work days for sample.

24-500 pcs we ask 15-18 work days

500-3000 pcs, we ask 20-25 work days

5000-10000 pcs,we ask 25-28 work days

5. How do you packing the caps for us?
Our regular packing as bellow:

2.Choice the fabric and color you want, confirm the size you need to be.

We have different fabric for choice, cotton, acylic, corduroy, suede, camo, print pattern, dri-fit, satin, nylon, denim, wool, knitted, leather or PU are ok for doing the custom hat. Over 120+ colors available.

For the size, we can do custom size suit to your market. 46-52 cm for kids, 54-56 cm for children, 58-62 cm for adult.

3.Offer your logo and choice the logo style .

For your own logo, we can do it in flat embroidery, 3d embroidery, applique embroidery, towel embroidery, print, or doing the logo as a embroidery patch, rubber patch, woven patch, leather patch, felt patch and metal plate

4.Choice the back closure you want it be.

Our regualr closure are snap back, velcro, strap with plastic, leather strap, metal buckle and so on.

5.Inform us your other request for the hat ,

such as hangtag, print inisde, add woven label inside, custom packing and so on. After all we can get your idea and doing a mock up for you to confirm.
