20ft 25000 liter Double walled diesel storage self bunded fuel tank

Our tanks are corrosion-resistant, light-weight, and structurally strong.This 20ft  double walled self bunded fuel tank must be constructed completely of non-corrodible material, such as FRP or steel with a corrosion resistant coating.

Self-contained design - requires minimal installation

Advantages:

4) Painting System: Three coats paint
First: Epoxy zinc rich primer
Second: Epoxy high build
Third: Polyurethane surface painting

5) Diesel tank outer shell material: 6mm Iron Inner / 6mm Iron Outer (double wall)

Production Process

These double walled storage self bunded tank quality control processes include a variety of in-process checks in addition to a positive air pressure test of 5psi and vacuum test in accordance with UL requirements

2). rolling machines for circling

3). welding and NDT(non-defection test) inspection

4). re-circling after welding

5). outer vessel’s abrasive blasting and anti corrosive painting for outside surface

6). pipe connecting and assembly of inner vessel and outer vessel

7). valves installation

8). perlite filling

9). vacuum-pumping

10). final painting and ready for shipment
