Filling heads
Each filling head has an anti-drop design to prevent wasted material. Filling head diameter is based on customer’s barrel mouth diameter.
Piston cylinder
The piston is drawn back in its cylinder so that the product is sucked into the cylinder. The rotary valve then changes position so that the product is pushed out of the nozzle instead of back into the hopper.
Servo motor
Servo motor can control filling more accurately and can realize filling nozzle diving bottom-up filling. The filling volume can also be adjusted on the touch screen and has an automatic fine adjustment function for each filling head.
Anti-drip system
This function is to prevent material from dripping onto bottle and conveyors. And there will be a flexible plate coming out and back to catch the dripping materials.
Take off piston cylinder cleaning
The piston will take off from the cylinder automatically, then the remaining material left in the tank and barrel will be cleaned up.
