1. The control case is leveled and the upper and lower pressure wheels are separated to prevent the pressure wheels from idling and damaging the machine after starting up
2. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch.
3. First set the temperature, the normal thickness of the material is 1mm, the temperature is adjusted to about 350 ℃.
4. Adjust the welding speed according to the thickness of the material, according to the normal 1mm material, the speed is adjusted to 2.5m/min.
5. When the red light of the control box turns to green, put the materials to be welded from the left and right sides of the machine respectively, and the joystick rotates from bottom to top to be 90° with the ground.
6. Adjust the speed according to the welding effect, the high temperature is fast, on the contrary, the low temperature is slow. (Try not to adjust the temperature and speed in the middle of the process) Set the temperature first when starting up. If the material is thin or the first time you operate, set Wendy to a lower value when starting up.
7. After welding, immediately level the joystick to separate the upper and lower pressing wheels (to prevent the pressing wheels from being damaged by high temperature), then adjust the temperature speed to the lowest, and finally turn off the power after shutting down.
