Introduction
Circulating Agriculture Machine rice Corn Paddy Rice Grain Dryer Machine with high capacity increase the mesh, raise the utilization ratio of plate and increase hot air through the area and speed up the drying, improve drying uniformity; Remove the upper screw conveyor structure,reduce grain damage rate and emptying time, improve the rate of whole grain.This vertical dryer is suitable for drying rice, wheat, corn, soybean and other grains.
Operation steps
1. Grain Loading The grain is raised to the top of the main engine silo through the hoist, and the grain is put into the drying box through the agitating device until it is full.
2. Running The elevator is running all the time. When the grain reaches the bottom under the action of self-weight, the elevator raises the grain to the top and dries slowly from top to bottom
3. Drying The hot air passes through the drying layer horizontally. The grain is fully contacted with the drying layer after heating, and achieved drying effect.
Features
1. The use of a unique rotary heating device, simple structure, practical.
2. Dryer operating temperature ≤70℃.(drying temperature is different for different materials)
3. The control system adopts Siemens control system of American brand, which can set different temperature interval and drying time.
4. Automatic series is safe and reliable with high working intensity.
5. Automatic control of heating and drying process, small heating temperature fluctuation, accurate control.
6. The product moisture content can be as low as 1 ~ 3%, at the same time can maintain the original color, aroma, taste andnutrition ingredients, and long shelf life.
