Summarize:
The valve consists of main valve and external guide valve. It is the use of the float in the water due to changes in the liquid level linked to the guiding valve, so that the main valve water supply and closure, so that the pool (box) and the water tower of the water level control within a certain range, to prevent overflow and water level is too low. The valve is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, civil buildings in a variety of pools (tanks), water tower automatic water supply system, also used for atmospheric boiler circulating water supply system. The main valve is quick to open and slow to close, does not produce water hammer, tight sealing, never flooding.
Maintenance and troubleshooting disassembly of the main valve:
(1) Remove the external piping and control valve;
(2) Loosen the nut symmetrically according to the diagonal, screw in the top wire, remove the valve cover and take out the spring.

(3) Unscrew the stem check nut, remove the diaphragm pressure plate and diaphragm;
(4)Take out the valve flap, foot pad pressure plate and big "O" type rubber ring;
(5) Loosen the valve seat counterclockwise and take out the asbestos washer.
