USE:
Pull out the bead wires inside tires’ sidewalls completely before cutting and shredding processed.
This machine consist of motor ,hydraulic system, drawing hook, drawing mouth, and main part, etc. its basic principle is Drien hydraulic system and made the cylinder work by the motor to make the drawing hook liked the cylinder spull pople reciprocate motion. put the tire on the drawing month and jut the drawing mouth to hook steel wire. Meanwhile the rubber part of tire is teared because of the drawing mouth blick it. thus get the effect of separating smoothly.
Structure and principle:
l Hooker, cross-hole plate are made of materials after special treatment, wear-proof, heavy-duty and long life;
l With lifting device, the tire could be loaded for processing at ease to increase handling speed and save labor;
l The lifting and pulling processes are controlled with hand lever manually to ensure process accuracy;
l The hydraulic system adopts international advanced plunger pump technology, low noise, high pressure and improved the stability and life of the machine.
