Products Description
Bulk cement tanker semi trailer is a specially designed trailer used for transporting powdered materials. These materials can include cement, flour, or chemicals, among others. The trailer is built with a high load capacity and specialized features to ensure the safe and efficient transport of these materials. Powdered materials are often prone to leakage, so the trailer is designed with sealed compartments to minimize the risk of leaks during transportation. The body of the trailer is reinforced to withstand the weight and pressure of the materials. An pneumatic system is used for unloading, utilizing compressed air to blow the materials out of the trailer quickly and efficiently. The trailer is also equipped with features such as a washing system or quick release mechanism to simplify the cleaning process.
There are 40ton–80ton loading capacity, V type, W type and tipping type for your choose. We also support Customized design, it helps getting most suitable vehicles.

Product Presentation
The bulk cement semi-trailer uses the engine power to drive the on-board air compressor through the power take-off, sends the compressed air into the tank,and liquefies the powdery material through the liquefaction device. Due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank, the powdery material is transported to the designated position along the discharge line along with the air.
External Weichai 4100 engine and Wuhu 10.00 vehicle air compressor unit ensure sufficient air pressure when the vehicle is unloading, and the exhaust speed can reach 1.6 tons per minute.
It has reasonable design, short discharge time, and discharge speed of 1.2-1.6tons/minute, which improves the volume utilization rate of the tank and reduces the residual ash rate by 0.2%.
The bulk cement semi-trailer tank adopts a double-cone inclined-horizontal structure, double-pipe intake, double-cylinder feeding, and its discharge speed and residual rate are in line with industry standards.
