1,Diesel engine protection device. Centralized control structure

2,The natural suction system is composed of desert air filter,secondary air filter and oil filter,which enhances the adaptability of drilling rig to harsh environment and prolongs the service life of diesel engine.

3, The one-way throttle valve specially designed in the hydraulic system can realize any adjustment of the rotating speed,increased the drilling vehicle adaptability to various rock layers,improved the working efficiency.

4,The unidirectional throttle valve can be adjusted, stable the diesel engine air input.

5,Air dryer can effectively remove the moisture from the air into compressor.

6,Reliable four - wheel belt.Integral crawler board is easy to install and reliable in performance.

7,Lift sprocket, tension spring, taut cylinder to ensure proper tightening of crawler.

8,Drilling vehicle has advanced hydraulic system and gas system, all actions are centralized control, simple and convenient;the hydraulic valve operation can fulfil all kinds of movement of the drill arm and make it stability and high efficiency when drilling.

9, Air compressor is used to clean the air when drilling,disconnecting the diesel engine suction air path.

Working Principle

Crawler type DTH drilling rig uses hydraulic oil and compressed air as medium to realize rock drilling operations.The hydraulic system is to control Traveling, propulsion, lifting, rotating and actions of each assemblies in the course of drilling. Diesel or electric motor drives the gear oil pump stations to make hydraulic motor, oil cylinder, etc via medium of hydraulic oil to fulfill every predetermined motion.Start up pumping station before work, The gear oil pump will suck hydraulic oil from the oil tank via oil filter inside it and send it to each multiple directional control valve. Then flow to every hydraulic motor, oil cylinder through multiple directional control valve. Returning oil of system will gather in oil return set and then cooled down going through radiator, be filtered and flow back to oil tank. Make sure the temperature of hydraulic oil ≤ 65℃, Oil of each hydraulic motor directly flow back to the oil tank.
