This hose can not be inflated much if it is not installed outside tire, otherwise it will cause irreversible damage! Please use a manual air pump instead of high speed air filling equipment such as air compressors or pumps. Turn the valve inwards before inflating the Ridenow tube (towards the center of the tire circle). Inflate a small amount until the inner tube is round; This pressure should be less than 0.5 bar/8 psi.
Tyre inflation pressure must not exceed 5 bar/72psi if rims with a no-ring lip system are used in accordance with iso/tc 31. Any 3° (5 °f) temperature increase would increase the tyre pressure by about 1% . If you inflate the tires in the morning in a cool garage (18 °c/65 °f) and later drive at higher ambient temperatures (35 °c/95 °f), there may be an increase in the hose pressure (e.g. 0.5 bar/8 psi). Especially when driving on a black asphalt surface with a high temperature and a temperature of more than 65 c (150 °f), the tyre pressure may slightly exceed the permissible maximum value. In addition, too high tyre pressure can cause the tyre to detach from the rim when cycling, which can lead to injury. If pneumatic tyres are at 60 °c (140 °f) or higher (e.g. in a car in hot weather), empty the inner tube to 1 bar/15 psi to avoid valve deformation.
