White tomato (scientific name: Solanum lycopersicum) is an annual or perennial herb of Solanaceae and tomato genus. It is golden yellow after ripening, with beautiful appearance, good quality, high fruit hardness and storage resistance.It contains multiple lycopene (lycopene, six element lycopene, eight element lycopene). The scientific community has proved that both colorless carotene and lycopene are carotenoids. Colorless carotenoids extracted from white tomato are natural and safe.
