Q: What is minimum order quantity you can accept?
We are manufacture, most items we have stocks, so we accept small order quantity, like tens, hundreds….
Besides, we make product ourselves, we control costs well, so our prices are competitive. Welcome to check with us!
Q: Can you do OEM and ODM?
Yes, we do OEM and ODM. We make products according to customers’ designs and requirements. We will make samples for you, when you confirm the sample, then we will arrange for the bulk production.
Q: Can you make product with my design?
Yes, we can make any designs you like whatever on the products or packing boxes.
Q: Can you supply me samples?
Yes, we can. We will make sample for you check if okay, then we will start to do bulk production according to confirmed sample. As samples normally are sent by express way, so the freight will be collected.
Q: How long for the production leading time?
For small order quantity we normally have stocks. We will ship them in 2~3days. For full container orders, our production will be around 10~20days which according to if it is the peak season.
Q: What is your payment term?
We normal do TT (30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L). Also we accept paypal, Western Union, etc.
Q: What kind of shipping way you can do?
We send by express way like UPS, TNT, FETEX…for samples and urgently small orders. For normal orders we ship by sea. We most do FOB, so the ship way all according to customer request.
