Q1:What products can you supply?
A: Our mainly products is outdoor wood plastic composite materials, such as outdoor WPC decking, WPC Wall Panel Cladding, WPC Fence, WPC Pergola & Pavilion, WPC DIY/Tiles, WPC decking accessories etc.
Q2: What is WPC?
A2: WPC is a green building material, it's made of 60% natural wood fiber ( Professionally Dry treatment ), 30% of eco-friendly HDPE materials and 10% chemical additives ( anti-UV agent, anti-oxidation agent, reinforcing agent, stabilizers, colourants, anti-fungus agent, coupling agent etc.).
Q3: What are the main advantages Of WPC products?
A3:First of all, the wood plastic materials are 100% recyclable; it is long-lasting, stable for the outdoor conditions, like sun exposure, rain, temperature variations etc; it requires low maintenance; etc.
Q4: What temperature the decking can bear?
A4: -40°to 60°
Q5:How many years warranty for your products?
A5: 25 years. During the customers proper use of the our WPC products.
We provide 25 years warranty for cracking, bending and deforming.
Q6: Will color fade because of exposure to the sun?
A6: ULTRA-VIOLET inhibitors have been added to our decking to reduce color fading due to extensive sun exposure. A slight change in color will occur but will retain this lighter shade through out the life of the product.
Q7: What certificates/test reports do you have?
A7: CE, SGS, ISO9001.
Q8:Whats the standard length of the decking?
A8:The length is cut according to the buyer’s request, usually 2.2m, 2.8m.
When the length exceed 4m, then we have to use iron-wheel pallet which need extra charge.
Q9: If there is one piece of the decking board broken, do we need to remove all the decking board to repair it?
A9: No. If replace the broken decking, you need to break the clips of both sides of the broken decking and then take the broken decking out, it’s easy.
Q10: Does your factory accept customized size and color?
A10: Yes, sure. We provide full range of customized products.
Q11: Can I give free samples?
A11: Yes, free samples are available.
Q12 How can i get the material?
A12:We have our own logistic company and can give your one stop service.
Q13: What is your payment terms?
A13: Dear, T/T, Paypal and Ali-trade assurance is accept for us.
T/T 30% in advance, T/T 70% before shipment.
We also need your receiver name, address, phone number, zip code, email, so that we can delivery our products to you at first time when we receive your full payment.
