110V 4kg Portable Automatic JC Metal Melter

Product Feature

JC Metal Melter is designed for handheld pouring directly from the specially designed

crucible and tongs.

The crucible is grooved at the top for easy removal from the furnace using the specially designed

tongs that are provided with the furnace.

JC-K-110-2 designed to be a safe and easy to use electrical method for melting gold, silver and

other non-ferrous metals for casting and ingot pouring applications.

This model has a 4000 gram

(120 troy ounce or 4Kilo) capacity for gold. It offers precise control of melting temperatures up

to 2102 F (1150 C) through its user-friendly, easily programmable controller with LED display.

The insulated lid holds in heat and keeps oxygen out for a cleaner melt.

It includes one pair of tongs and detailed

instructions for use, and operates on 110 volt 50/60Hz.

Melting Furnace Structural Map and Object Picture

Gold bar melting Operating Process as follows

Step 1 Set up the required working temp.

Step2 Put the melter into Graphite Crucible.

Step3 Take out the Melting crucible from the furnace,then put it on tray.

Step4 Pour slowly the gold liquid from the crucible.

Note: the crucible is grooved at the top for easy removal from the furnace using the specially designed

tongs that are provided with the furnace.
