No evacuation duct;
B). Minimum clearance 400mm; C). The width and length larger than the fireplace’s is ok; D). Need a power plug under the fireplace; E). For easily assemble the devices, you should let 5cm distance around the device at least; F). Tap water may be used in our devices, however, be sure the water is not considered to be “hard” and that it contains no impurities (may clog valves). If your water is hard, you must use filtered or softened water in order not to wear out the Mist Maker too quickly; |
Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost, the sample cost could be refunded after official order.
Q2. Do you have any MOQ requirement?
A: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very small MOQ, some models might not.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.

Q5.Do you accept customized design?
A: Customized design is always welcome. Just send us your idea or provide us the drawing for further communication.
Q6.How to proceed an order?
A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.
Q7. How to deal with defective?
A: First, All of our products are produced strictly under quality controland hold the defective rate less than 0.3%.
Second, we will provide 1% key component spare parts for eachorder.
At the same time, for batch quantity defectives. We can repair forthem or we can discuss the best solution to you. Whatever, we willbear for all of the repair cost.
