Using & maintenance
1. Use #46 oil,keep it clean,filter it frequently,and replace it regularly.
The height of oil in the cylinder is 150-200mm.To assure the function of greasing,the oil level mustn’t be lower than 150mm,and the temperature mustn’t be higher 60 ° C.
2.Operating for the first time
Before operation,air exists in each oil container,please open the control valve,idle the oil pump,expel the air till bubbles in oil-return hose vanish.
3.Relief valve adjustment
Seal the output nozzle,open the throttle valve,close the unload valve.Then switch the pump,close the throttle valve,and read the pressure meter as adjust the unload valve till designed pressure.The adjusting pressure of relief valve is 10%-15% higher than working pressure.
