A: We're certificated factory and has very strict QC management system to make sure the lead time and quality of your orders. We apply for AQL 2.0 QC standard for bulk orders, and the main QC procedures is: in-coming material QC, in-process production QC, finished goods & packaging QC.
02. Q: Why your price is higher than other suppliers ?
A: Please don't only judge price just based on internet pictures! Price will be vairied due to different quality fabrics,workmanships and order quantity, even the product pictures looks like the same!!! We're good at high quality products, low-end quality is not suitable for us.However, we're committed to provide the best pre-sales and after-sales service for all of our dearest clients always.
03. Q: Can you give me a discount?
A: All the price we've offer you is already the best quotes, our quality & service deserve much more than such price quotes
Q4: How do I get the sample?
A4: You need to send inquiry before get free sample, specifications may be changed at any time without prior notice, depending on the circumstances.
Q5: If don't have any idea about design now, can we make our product?
A: Yes sure, pls tell us your idea about the product, our company designer will help you finalize the design.
Q6: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally 7-15days after payment for customized order,It depends on the products & quantity. we don't refund full if the partial items are damaged in delivery due to some objective matter. But we can accept a partial refund for compensating the damaged part.
