300 gallon stainless steel tank with 5.5KW mixer mixing tank

It is used for mixing all kinds of liquid products in food, chemial and biological

fields. We have different kinds of agitators:

1-Bottom magnetic agitator with propeller impeller, speed from 50-400rpm or 50-800rpm. this

kind of agitator is mixing thin viscosity , such as eyedrop, injection, CIP liquid, water, etc...

2-Top mechancial agitator with propeller impeller, speed at fix 71rpm or adjustable 20-200rpm

or special requirement. this kind of agitator is mixing syrup, injection, blood, oral liquid, culture media,

etc....

3-Tank bottom emulsifier, speed max 2900rpm for small vessel, 1480rpm for bigger tank. this

kind of agitator is mixing most high viscosity , such as suspension, oil, lotions ,fat emulsification , etc....

One,Two Or Three agitator can be installed in one tank if it needed.

Description:

1. Specification: 50L~20,000L even larger.

2. Material: SS316L or SS304

3. Surface finish: inside surface is Ra0.28~0.6μm by mechanical polish. (passivation or electropolish

are optional).

4. Outside surface is Ra0.6~0.8μm by satin finish.

5. Pressure: ATM or pressure vessel (-0.1~1Mpa)

6. Structure: Single layer vessel, vessel with jacket, vessel with jacket and insulation

7. Jacket type: dimple jacket, full jacket, or coil jacket

8. Insulation material: rock wool

9. Components can be equipped as request: standard components: manhole or handhole, sight glass,

cleaning ball

Optional components:

1. vent filter with Pall cartridge or china brand cartridge

2. temp. gauge, display on the gauge directly on the vessel

3. temp sensor pt100, digital display on the control cabinet by instrument

4. temp sensor with control for heating and cooling
