100% Quality Inspection:
Carbonal does 100% quality inspection and record in database, each carbon rim is given a unique ID number, which allow us to deliver the highest quality product possible and track every rim to ensure the best after-sale service.
Manufacturing process:
Our Engineering team creates a unique fiber orientation which amplifies the desired riding characteristics for a given rim. And each rim carries its own layup schedule documents which are meticulously by the layup workers, it ensures the accuracy of each rim in the production process.
Our carbon rims are made in one piece molding, each rim is made by one piece long carbon fiber, no wrinkles, to make the strength of rim is the strongest. And we use a unique process to remove the air bladder from the valve hole, so that the rim does not have to be patched like traditional manufacturers use.

Carbonal conducts three separate quality controls prior to shipping to our customers. We stand behind our products with the following warranty:
1. Carbonal warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years after original date of purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Valid proof of purchase, pictures of the defect and the product serial number is required for a warranty claim. Please retain your proof of purchase for any future warranty claims.
2. If any manufacturing defect occurs within 45 days, Carbonal is obligated to replace the product and also pay for the shipping cost. If any manufacturing defect occurs within 45 days to 60 months, Carbonal is obligated to replace the products, and the customer would be resposible for the shipping cost.
This warranty does not cover: 1. Normal wear and tear; 2. Any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or any other fractious reasons; 3. Improper assembly, maintenance, or maintenance by an unauthorized technician.
Crash replacement: We understand that accidents and damage can happen, if in case of bad luck, Carbonal supports you by offering replacement product with 15% discount on the current price of products for up to 2-years after your original purchase, and the customer would be responsible for the shipping cost. |

1. How long my order will be sent after payment? *We have enough quantity rims in stock, normally 3 days for sample order, and 25-30 days for bulk order;
2. Do you accept payment by Paypal? *Yes, we accept Paypal payment. Besides, bank transfer, Western Union, Credit Card.
3. What kind of tests do you do for your rims? UCI, EN, CE? *All our rims been tested +30% strict than EN standard. Besides, we are supporting to do UCI and other tests for your brands.
4. Does your factory offer customized paint and decal service? *Yes, we offer customized design and paint. Just let us know your idea or design/logo, we have very professional desi gner to work with you. And the pictures of the painted product will be sent for your confirmation before shipment.
5. How about your shipping? How many days I can get the packages after shipment? *By default, we ship all parcels with EMS air express. Carbon bicycle components are relatively large but lightweight, so they are most cost effective with EMS air express. Generally, it takes 5 - 7 days to arrive once shipped.
If you prefer other ways of shipping (such as DHL/TNT/UPS) or your country is not included in EMS air express intern ational line scope, please contact us and we will find out a best delivery way for you. |
