MANUAL POLYMER PREPARATION PLANT

Flocculation is an essential stage in the treatment of sludge coming from urban or industrial wastewater treatment plants. This pre-separation liquid-solid is obtained primarily thanks to the use of organic polymers.
EMO developed a complete range of units of preparation of these polymers, adapted to the operating conditions, the desired degree of autonomy and the type of polymer. Selection criteria :

The manual polymer preparation plant consists of a closed tank in HDPE with a capacity of 1000 to 2000 liters, a central mixer, a sensor level, a dilution panel and a dosing pump for the preparation of polymer.
