The quality of the oil press is mainly evaluated according to the level of oil yield, and the main reason for determining the oil output rate is the pressure and temperature of the press. Manufacturing Technique
When the oil press is running, the processed oil enters the press chamber from the hopper. The screw rotation from the pressing screw makes the preform continuously push inward and press. Since the preform is carried out in a state of motion in the chamber of the oil press, under the condition of high pressure of the press, a large frictional resistance is generated between the preform and the snail, the preform and the chamber, so that friction can occur between the micromaterials of the preform and cause relative movement. On the other hand, because the root diameter of the snail is gradually thickened and the pitch is gradually reduced, when the snail rotates, the thread can be pushed forward and flipped outward, and the material layer close to the surface of the snail thread also rotates with the press shaft. In this way, each preform particle in the chamber is not at the same speed and moves in the same direction, but there is also relative motion between the particles. The heat generated by friction meets the heat necessary for the operation of the oil pressing process, which helps to promote the thermal denaturation of the protein in the preform, destroys the colloid, increases the plasticity, and also reduces the viscosity that is easy to precipitate oil, thereby improving the oil yield of the oil press, so that the oil in the material is pressed out and flows out from the gap between the garden row and the gap in the strip.
