Q: How do you offer prices?
A: If you have samples or the detailed information of the sole, please send us. We quote once we receive your samples. You could also choose the material you want via our alibaba webpages. In this case, we quote in terms of the model number, size, color and the quantity of your choice.
Q: Can I get samples for free?
A: You need to pay for samples at the beginning. But sample fee will be refunded in your subsequent bulk order. If we have more samples you want in hand, it is possible that we send it to you for free. You just need to talk to our customer service and pay for the express fee.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: That depends. For new customized shoe soles, normally 7-10 days for mould making and 10-15 days for production. Therefore, it is around 20-30 days in total. For existing shoe sole model, lead time is within 15 days.
Q: How do you ensure the quallity?
A: 1.We own advanced equipments, excellent R&D team and experienced personnel.
