Component

This product consists of two parts: A component of epoxy resin, diluent, toughening agent and its additives ; B component of modified compound curing agent and additives. It is no solvent, two-component, liquid modified epoxy resin adhesive.

D escription of C onstructio n

1.Two Component A:B=5:1,Put B into A according to corresponding proportion.

2.Cleaning rubbish on the road ,and keep clean surroudings with tape.

3.Put adhesive on the road and scraping smooth

4.Sprinkling color ceramic particle aggregate dispersively .

5.Ripping off tape and recycle extra ceramic particle aggregate ,Curing time 2-4h when temperature is up 25℃;need 4-8h if                    25℃ below.

ATTENTION

The adhesive mixing must be uniform, otherwise it will affect the bonding strength. The amount of glue should not

be mostly, with now to use, the glue must be used up within the applicable period. When the ambient temperature

is high, it will shorten the application period of the glue liquid. The container with adhesive should be large enough

to heat the heat quickly after adhesive reaction. The adhesive taking tools should not be mixed, the lid of the

packaging bucket of group A and B should not be mixed, and the leftover materials must be sealed after taking the

adhesive .

Package

This product is packaged in metal bucket, group A: 20kg and Group B: 4kg.

P eriod of validity

6 months from production date (unopened original package)

Operation safety procedures

Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, and wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles when using;

Maintain ventilation in the operating environment, use an exhaust fan when necessary, and avoid inhaling volatile gases when          working;

When the adhesive touches the skin, gently wipe with suction paper, wash with warm water and alkali-free

soap, and then dry towel, do not use solvent to avoid damage to the skin;
