This scheme is conventional configuration, with reasonable design, stable operation, product quality to meet the requirements, and has been applied and tested in a number of similar projects. Based on the principle of reliable operation and reasonable economy of the system, relevant design standards and norms are adopted and compiled in combination with years of engineering experience of our company.

The glass bottle carbonated beverage production line consists of three parts:

Material system (distribution and carbon dioxide mixing), filling system, packaging system.

★ A) Distribution system: raw materials are mixed into raw material slurry, and the tank body is made of food grade SUS304 stainless steel. ★ B) Beverage mixer: It is equipped with cold drinking water tank and refrigeration unit. High-power or ordinary mixer should be used according to the different gas content of beverage. ★ C) Filling equipment: choose different capacity of filling machine according to actual production needs ★ D) Temperature bottle spraying equipment: the low-temperature filling bottle will be heated to the set temperature through this equipment, effectively prevent the phenomenon of bottle explosion, while ensuring the stability of gas content; ★ E) Packaging Equipment: According to Customer's Practical Packaging Requirements

★ The cooling tank is composed of tank part and chilling compressor device part; the tank is made of SUS304 cover and lot of SUS304 coil tubes to put into the tank. When the chilling compressor start to work, the compressor will generate chilling water, the chilling water is passing inside of the tubes, there is liquid outside the tubes and inside the tank.

Bottle washing-fiiling capping machine

★ Our glass bottle filling machine uses balanced pressure filling technology. For the crown cap, the capping machine uses the press way of capping. This machine integrates washing, filling and capping parts into a 3-in-1 machine.

★ According to the number of washing head filling head and capping head, the speed of our filling machine have 2000BPH4000BPH6000BPH8000BPH etc. You just need to tell us the speed you need, and we can recommend you the right type machine.

Carbonated drink bottle warmer

Because carbonated beverages are filled at low temperature, in room temperature environment, moisture in the air condensates easily on the surface of bottles, causing serious damage to subsequent packaging and labeling. Therefore, after the filling machine, a thermos bottle machine must be set up to heat the bottle body to room temperature. The thermos bottle machine heates the bottle body by heat exchange of circulating spraying hot water. It has three permanent temperature zones .

Labeling machine
