Description:

CA518 is a special dispersion adhesive for bonding PVC sheet and roll etc. water-based polymer formulate, very high bonding strength.  Specially bonding homogenous and heterogeneous PVC sheet  and  tile. Especially for think roll type flooring.

Applications :

1.Substrate treatment: Substrates must be clean, flat and its surface must be burly and not easy to peel. Rubbing treatment is indispensable sometimes.

2. Spilling: Besmearing equably it with drawknife. Do not coat too much and pave the pvc floor in 20min .(based on the environment)

3. Plastering: Mopping up lightly and pressing PVC brick after it is plastered, and then beating it properly around with rubber sinker.

Attention:

1. If the ground is not bibulous, you should pave the pvc floor until the glue not sticky, or it will be hard to cure

2. Wash the tool as soon as finished

Safety matters:

The glue is water based, Non-toxic, non-combustible, keep ventilated when gluing.

Applications :

1.Substrate treatment: the surface of the bonding s ubstrates must be clean, remove the water, oil, dust paint, rust and so on.

2. Spilling: coat the glue evenly with brush or toothed scraper.

3. C oat ing weight : coat glue on both sides of the bonding surface, the material like wood, the amount of glue need 200g/m2, others like mental, need 150g/m2.

4. Bonding: after coating, close the two surfaces, then give some press. I t takes 3-4 hours in summer, and 5-6 hours in winter to curing.
