This machine is mainly used for testing the abrasion performance of printed matter printing ink, use authorise pressure, reciprocating friction travel and speed to friction surface of sample. To confirm the class of pollution of sample and standard friction paper, and test the fluff or abrasion of the sample surface.
Principle -- Sutherland Ink Rub Tester, Ink Discoloration Testing Machine
To be grinding the sample layer and the friction paper, load the friction body, rubbing against each other at the prescribed speed, through the wear layer density before and after the measurement of friction before and after grinding layer or coating thickness variation to determine the wear layer or coating wear resistance.
