Flashing Band is a multi-purpose self-adhesive sealing band designed for flashing and detailing a variety of surfaces. With outstanding adhesion properties of SBS modified bitumen and adhesive additives, the product is ideal for sealing internal and external surfaces that require protection against moisture ingress, vibration and flexing. Flashing Band provides an instant seal to the surface it is applied to, avoiding down time for drying or curing. Ideally suited for waterproofing, roofing and general building applications.
