Summary :
Notebook Rotating Shaft Torque Tester is suitable for testing the torque and service life of screws, torsion springs, hinges, rotating shafts, housings, fasteners, wire harnesses and other products. Through the analysis of industrial computers, it can accurately measure the torque and rotation angle of the object to be measured and the curve corresponding to the torque and speed, and accurately control the rotation angle, rotation speed, target measurement times and pause time of the screw torque test.
Test theory:
The computerized full-automatic rotating shaft torque durability tester can test the decline of rotating shaft torque after the upper cover of notebook is opened and closed for many times. It can measure the rotating shaft torque value each time, record the curve change and draw the torque attenuation life curve. It improves the inconvenience that the rotating shaft must be disassembled before measuring torque. The windows window screen is used for setting, the operation is simple and convenient, and all data can be stored (test conditions, torque angle curve, life curve, inspection report, etc.
