1. How to replace the toner?
A. Open the machine and remove the empty cartridge.
B. Shake the toner 9-10 times.
C. Insert the toner into machine.
D. Close the door.

3. If you receive the goods in damaged, plz immediately take pictures or video and send to us and we will reply within 24 hours.
1. For sample order, we only accept 100% T/T and Western union.
2. For try order, we can accept D/P, 30% payment in advance, 70% balance will be paid after the seller shows the copy of B/L.
