A: Can inflate by an electric blower/pump included. It usually takes 3 to 10 minutes to inflate depending on design. Also can
inflate with helium gas.

A: Yes, we make D rings or hooks on each balloon and match ropes for you to tie for more stability. You can also use sandbags or
water bags to increase stability. However, please use depending on the actual scene.
