A: We support 1/10HP, 1/3 HP, 1/2 HP, 1HP, 2HP etc. different power water chiller produce, please contact us and tell your needs for our professional recommendation. If you have an experience in using the chiller, you can choose on your own according to the specification data we provided at product’s detail page.
Q4: How would I ensure if your chiller machine will work on my bathtub or pool?
A: We recommend that you purchase icegalax bath together with the chiller. If you have your own tubs, we can offer 1/2” fast connector and 3/4” fast connector according to your needs. Adapters/reducers would be required for other size.
Q5: Do you offer warranty for your products?
A: Yes we do! We offer 1 Years warranty for full range of products. And all products are subject to strict detection during production and strict sampling inspection before shipment.
