It’s very critical to make a mold with high quality to obtain the best squeezing surface quality.

The aluminum

extruded
out at standard temperature with a proper speed.
3.
Punching
holes in shape of round, triangle, diamond or trapezoid. Customized punching design is available.
4.
An oxide film formed on the surface after
anodizing
.
The oxidized profiles can be make out a variety of colors.
5.
Packing
with protective film, shrink film bag and cartons. Pallet is available if need.
