While our small story began from a small factory of two technicians, today we have several workshops and production lines capable of realizing all your customization dreams.

1.What is the total number of workshops you have? YGM currently owns up to seven workshops such as two for reflective fabric, one for reflective sheeting, one for cutting, one reflective garment, one for customization, and one for fashion reflective fabrics. |

2. Can you clarify the monthly production capacity? Being a large-scale wholesale manufacturer of reflective fabric, we can accommodate small-to-medium-sized businesses easily. Our monthly capacity range at YGM goes up to 600,000 sqm for all kinds of reflective material. But, if you’re concerned only about garments, our capacity extends to 500,000 per month. Depending on your needs, we can give you a valid quote about the same. |

3. How good is your Research & Development Department?
At YGM, we have several highly-talented engineers (10 to 15) who have a history of bringing hundreds of products. To date, we have 200 unique products when it comes to the reflective industry. Apart from that, YGM has applied for numerous patents under the reflective category. Bringing together state-of-the-art facilities with even-more-skilled faculty helps us lead this industry with pride. The same is why we can accommodate all kinds of customization requests when it comes to reflective material and fabrics. |

4. How valid are your certificates? Do they regularly get updated?
One of the core responsibilities on the highest priority at YGM is certification. Apart from meeting higher standards than that stipulated by certificates, YGM also updates several certificates annually without fail. These include EN ISO 20471, OEKO-TEX 100, ANSI 107, UL, ISO14001, ISO 9001, and so on. |

5. How do you ascertain the quality of the products?
We have a wide range of quality control equipment to take note of the quality. Besides tracking every raw material to the finished product based on QR code, our engineers also use highly-advanced equipment to test and qualify products regularly. |

6. I like a lot of YGM products I see in your store. But are they always in stock? Do I have to pre-order or wait for new stock to arrive after ordering?
For products displayed with generic dimensions, we have no problem with supply. In short, every product you see in the store is always in stock because we have a large factory capacity. When it comes to custom products, however, we don’t produce ahead of time. This is because every customized product is made-to-order according to your specifications without compromising your demands. |

7.What type of packaging options do you offer?
Our standard packaging includes hardboard, but we are capable of offering other materials in case you feel you want higher efficiency. Truth be told, just like we offer customization of reflective fabric, sheeting, garments, and tapes, the packaging options are also customizable based on your brand values or preferences. |
