Paddle wheel aerator has all the nine indices up to the requirements provided in the industrial standards SC/T6017-1999,wherein the oxygen transfer rate is 2.95kg/h,36.3% higher than the standards,power efficiency is 1.71kg/kw.h,36.8% higher than the standards,with significant effect of sewage discharging at the middle and bottom of upland aquaculture pond.
Advantages:
1,Arcuate bevel-gear instead of gear worm is adopted for reducer,energy-saving and high-efficient,saving over 20%energy than traditional models;
2,Arcuate bevel-gear is made of chromium-manganese-titanium alloyed steel with carbonitriding on the surface,to achieve high rigidity and long life span;
3,Mechanical seal is used to ensure no oil leak pollution;
4,Protector inside is available to avoid motor being burnt accidentally;
5,PE float,nylon impeller,stainless steel shaft and frame are available
