Product Overview
V shape mixer is used for mixing more than two kinds of dry powder and granular materials. According to the user's requirements, it can be equipped with forced agitator, which is suitable for the mixing of fine powder, block and material containing certain moisture.
Main Features
1. The V-type mixer is asymmetric due to the different lengths of the cylinders on both sides, so that the potential energy of the materials from dispersion to concentration and falling is different, and the transverse force is generated, which is not available for the general mixer. The effect is more than 25% higher than that of the general mixer, and the integrity of the materials can be maintained.
2. This machine can use vacuum to absorb materials, operate under sealed state, without internal rotating mechanism, clean and sanitary, without dead angle.
3. High loading rate, high efficiency and short mixing time.
Principle
Driven by the drive shaft, the V-type cylinder rotates around the center of the rotary shaft, and the material also moves with the gravity diffusion of the two V-type inclined cylinders. When the joint (bottom) of the V-type cylinder rotates at the lower position, the material converges to the bottom. When the joint of the V-type cylinder is rotated at the upper position, the material gathered at the bottom is divided into two inclined cylinders, so that the material of each inclined cylinder can enter another inclined cylinder through the joint. With the continuous rotation of the cylinder and the continuous change of the position, the material of the V-type cylinder is repeatedly displaced, translated and diffused, so as to achieve uniform mixing.
