Product Description
XD381-16Q Fire clamp worm gear signal butterfly valve is an important component in automatic sprinkler system. The worm gear drives the rotating shaft and butterfly plate to rotate to realize opening and closing and control the flow.
By rotating the handwheel of the worm gear, the butterfly plate can be opened and closed and the flow rate can be adjusted.
When the handwheel rotates clockwise, the valve is closed.
There is a microswitch in the transmission box, which can output the closing and opening signals of the valve and show the different positions of the butterfly plate.
Main features
1.The valve is designed with linear sealing structure, with light torque and good sealing performance;
2.The butterfly plate and the valve stem are connected by pin-free design, with good connection reliability;
3.the whole butterfly plate is vulcanized by encapsulation, which has good corrosion resistance;
4.The connection between the valve and the pipeline is in the form of clamp connection, which is convenient and fast to install;
5.The driving modes of the valve are diversified, and it can be equipped with handle operation, worm gear operation, electric and pneumatic operation.
