CH ROASTING MACHINE

DK MULTI-FUNCTION OVEN
Drying box body: high temperature zone, low temperature zone, cooling zone (can also be used). The material is subjected to high temperature, low temperature drying (baking) and cooling in three temperature zones, and the finished product is cool, which is convenient for processing, packaging or storage.
The dry heat source adopts a layout structure in which the natural gas temperature is adjustable, the operation life is long, and the material is directly heated above the material. Normal temperature----200 °C high temperature inside the box, so that the moisture in the material quickly absorbs heat and volatilizes. The temperature in the drying chamber can be controlled by the instrument, which is beneficial to ensure the yield and quality of the dry material.
YK SWING ROASTING MACHINE
This machine adopts the flat rotary stirring function, which is mainly used for processing ovens with red peanuts. The cabinet and internal rotary screen are made of stainless steel. During the baking process, the peanuts and the swirling sieve body rotate together, and the peanuts can be evenly heated to achieve the desired baking effect. It adopts heat-conducting oil or electric heating, with clutch and temperature display device. The furnace has high productivity, low breaking rate of baked food, uniform color and no pollution. It is roasted red, Japanese bean, full mouth, pistachio, etc. An ideal processing equipment for granular foods.
