Application Method
|
Mix the main putty and hardener in proportion and complete it within the gel time. Scrape the adjusted putty on the polished two-component primer or the surface of the treated base. If thick coating is required, it is better to scrape several times.
If air bubbles appear during the coating , must scrape thoroughly with a scraper.
Both wet and dry sand ability property makes application very convenient.

Usage method
•
Before use, oil stain, rust, old paint film and moisture on the surface of the coating must be removed to keep the surface
clean and dry.
• During the storage and transportation of atomic ash, the upper and lower layers will be uneven. Before use, clean steel ruler must be used to mix up and down evenly.
• Mix the main agent and curing agent in strict accordance with the specified proportion (100:1.5-3), make sure the color is consistent, and finish the painting and scraping in about 1-3 minutes, otherwise it will be scrapped.
• Apply the putty on the polished two-component primer or the surface of the cold-rolled plate. If a thick layer is needed, it is better to apply the putty several times to the required thickness.
• After complete hardening, it can be ground dry. The best dry grinding time is 20min after scraping (temperature is 25
℃,humidity is less than40%). When painting, make sure that the putty is completely dry, otherwise it is easy to cause falling off and foaming.
