1. Outer package, we attached a fragile tag and Mark. Our cartons are custom made and are thickened.
2. Inner package of PCB board, it was sealed with bubble film. Inside the carton, we put the EPE Cotton around the carton to reduce the friction.

In the meantime, we will feedback the problems to our technical department to check out the real reason. Second, we will ask customers to provide us with some pictures, videos and description for our easy reference.
