How can I get the sample to check you quality ?
If you want to marking sample to check the quality, we can help you do this. first you need to provide the logo or design to us, free mark samples can be provided.
What can you do if the machine broken?
A:The quality of our machines is very reliable. The warranty is two years after delivery, if some parts are broken, we will send you new ones for free and affords the express cost. If some parts are broken out of warranty period, we will sell them at cost.
How long is your lead time and how do you ship?
Delivery within 7 working days after receiving 30% deposit. Choose sea or express (airplane) according to the model of the machine, one month by sea and 10 days by express.
